# Linear

> Connect Linear, choose a team, and send comments there as issues with the screenshot, steps and errors.

## Connect Linear

1. Go to [app.snags.com/integrations](https://app.snags.com/integrations) and sign in.
2. Select **Connect** next to Linear, sign in to Linear and allow Snags.
3. Choose the team for new issues.

If Linear access is removed, the connection says it isn't answering, with a link to connect it again. See [Trackers and sync](/docs/integrations) for who can create issues.

## Issues

From an audit page, **Create issue** on a comment creates an issue in that team, with the screenshot, steps and errors filled in, and a link back to the comment in Snags.

## Status sync

Every 15 minutes Snags reads the issue's state:

- Completed: the comment is marked fixed.
- Cancelled: the comment is marked won't fix.
- Back to an open state after the sync closed it: the comment reopens.
