Free
To try it on a site or two. Share up to 5 audits in all, and each link lasts 7 days. Comments, screenshots, replays, errors, Copy for AI and Markdown and CSV exports are all included. Download as file is unlimited and needs no account.
Pro
For one person, every week. Unlimited links that never expire, password-protected links, your own name, colour and logo, issues in Linear, GitHub and Jira, and coding agents over MCP, reading and writing.
Team
For a studio or team, with its clients. Everything in Pro, plus a workspace with 10 seats for your people and free, unlimited clients, discussion and assignees on every comment, and shared tracker connections.

A screenshot can be up to 1.5 MB, and a replay up to 4 MB. A device can start 30 audits a day.
Storage counts everything you've shared, and everything in the workspaces you own.
Upgrade
Upgrade from the extension. Checkout and payment are handled by Stripe, and Snags never sees your card details.
Upgrading makes every link that's still live permanent, including free links that were about to expire.
To move between Pro and Team, change plan, update your card, get invoices or cancel, use Manage billing in the extension.
Downgrade or cancel
When a paid plan ends, your permanent links get a grace period: they keep working for 30 days, then expire like free links. Upgrade again within that time and they stay permanent.
Workspaces and agents
A workspace's audits use its owner's plan. Members and clients don't need one.
Coding agents can read any audit shared on Pro or Team, whoever is reading it. On a free link, Copy for AI still works.
